Who can use 3CT?

Community groups and clubs wishing to hire a vehicle
Individuals who experience:

• a lack of access to public transport and their own means of transport
• difficulties using conventional means of transport, i.e. buses

Here are some examples of how individuals might meet these criteria:

• You may not have access to your own means of transport because your car is being used by another, i.e. your partner or a member of your family
• You may have difficulties accessing transport because the nearest bus stop is too far to walk to, or because buses services are infrequent, or you cannot get to your destination by public transport
• You may experience difficulties accessing public transport through mobility difficulties, such as getting onto a bus, because of high steps or not being wheelchair accessible.
